Teppo Kettula

Teppo Kettula is a founder and CEO of Aikagroup (Finland) and a member of the investment committee of JEREMIE Co-Investment Fund.

Teppo has worked with the corporate and business development issues of Ahlstrom and Andritz Corporations in Sweden and Austria. He has also served in diplomatic corps as an Attaché, Industry and Technology in 1992-1995 in Tokyo, Japan, developing scientific and industrial cooperation on the university, public sector and corporate levels. He was responsible for industrial project development in Finland and abroad. One of the delivered projects was by far the biggest Finnish industrial investment to Estonia, supported by EU Tacis program.


He has experience in building national and regional innovation systems as well as development programs to implement strategies in company Technopolis, which is the largest listed technology centre in Europe, measured by the number of companies. He has consulted also several international science and technology park cases in Scandinavia, Southern Europe, South-East Asia, Africa, and Brasil and is at the present managing Innovation Centre implementation phase at Gaborone, Botswana.

Teppo is M. Sc. (Mec. Eng.) from Helsinki University of technology and MBA degree from University of Wales, United Kingdom.
